Dr. Sylvi Koso earned her undergraduate degree at Ashland University and her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland in 1980. She completed her internship at Mt Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland and her residency in ophthalmology at Case Western Reserve University in 1984. Annual ongoing continuing medical training and her experience provide the tools for excellent eye care for her patients. She is board certified in ophthalmology.
Dr. Deborah Reeder earned her undergraduate degree at Kenyon College and her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1990. She completed her internship at Good Samaritan Hospital, in Cincinnati and her ophthalmology residency at the University of Cincinnati in 1994. Annual ongoing continuing medical training and her experience provide the tools for excellent eye care for her patients. She is board certified in ophthalmology.
Dr. Chad Kauffman earned his undergraduate degree from Goshen College in Goshen, IN. He graduated from The Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. His internship at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center in Dayton, OH was followed by an ophthalmology residency which was completed in 2007. Experience in ophthalmology and ongoing continuing medical education provide the tools for excellent care of his patients.
Dr. Louis Chorich is a vitreoretinal specialist with Midwest Retina in Columbus, Ohio. He received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. After completing an internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, he completed an ophthalmology residency at Ohio State, followed by a fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery. Dr. Chorich was a full-time faculty member at The Ohio State University Department of Ophthalmology from 1998-2006. Central Ohio Eye Surgeons is pleased to have his expertise available for those in the community.
Dr. Jonathan J. Pflueger, O.D. is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry, and has been serving the vision needs of patients, including those with low vision for over 20 years. In addition to his Doctor of Optometry degree, Dr. Pflueger has pursued specialized training in the fields of Low Vision and eye disease management, and has had a low vision consulting relationship with this and numerous other opthalmologic and ptometric practices.
Dr. Roger Sherman, Emeritus graduated from Western Reserve University in 1965. After obtaining his medical degree in 1968 from The Ohio State University he completed a medical internship at George Washington University. His residency in ophthalmology was completed at the Ohio State University in 1974 after which he started Central Ohio Eye Surgeons in 1974. Dr. Sherman retired from practice in 2007.
